SlimPixx-Controller has no power
Please check the 230 VAC Input connection, and assure yourself that the power is on.
Device is not working on ArtNet

check if the
LEDs „Link1 (for ArtNetIn) or Link2 f(or ArtNetOut) are flashing

be sure that you have chosen the correct ip address and subnet mask

recheck your ArtNet output signal with another device
LEDs are flickering

Be sure that you use the original LED connection cable

Check if all cable connection are screwed properly.

Ensure that the connection cord between SlimPixx-Controller and first SlimPixx-stick is not longer than 2m

If you use connection cords, please make sure that you use enough range extenders / boosters.
LED Signal is interrupted or stucking

The SlimPixx-system is optimized for big matrix installations. The software is fitted with a sync function, in need of full ArtNet packages. As known for MA
products they only send ArtNet changes. This may cause faults within the system.

- Be sure that you use the correct cables and plugged it in correctly
- Check if the PWR2 LED is on, if not, read the instructions above

use the mini USB port for charging other devices. This port is only to use for install & update the system software.
Do not
upload unauthorized
software or updates on the device - otherwise you will loose the warranty of the product.
