Cleaning and care
Disconnect the earphones from your music
player. Carefully remove the silicone ear tips
from your earphone. Then take a damp cloth
and remove any dirt and ear wax from your
silicone ear tip. To do so, only use clear wa
ter and maybe a little mild soap. Then dry
the silicone ear tip carefully until it is com
pletely dry. Then carefully place the silicone
ear tip back on the earphone and make sure
it is fitting correctly.
Be sure never to pull the earphone ca
ble when you want to remove it from the
3.5mm jack port. Always grip it by the plug.
To clean the earphones, we recommend a
soft, dry cotton bud. Don’t use any sharp
objects for this purpose or any detergents.
