Important Matters

While using Hi-Speed USB Drive and a secure privacy application of DiskSafe, you should

use only one Hi-Speed USB Drive product on each occasion, and

you should not use

two Hi-Speed USB Drive products or more simultaneously

.

For Windows 2000 Users’ Attention

Since Windows 2000 supports

one

removable drive only, to use Hi-Speed USB Drive, you

have to

install

 the updating software, that is,

Windows Service Pack 3 or a later version

to ensure that you will see the two sectors you created, that is, the secure privacy zone

and public use zone simultaneously while you are using a

secure privacy application of

DiskSafe

.

Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Will a driver have to be installed in order to use Hi-Speed USB Drive?

No, you will not have to install any driver. But, you will, if your operating system is

WIN98/98SE.

2.  What are the “Do Nots” of using Hi-Speed USB Drive?

Like any electronic digital product with which you are familiar, Hi-Speed USB Drive is

vulnerable to damp and strong vibration. You should not remove your Hi-Speed USB Drive

from a computer while your Hi-Speed USB Drive is working, otherwise you may lose or

destroy your data. We shall not assume any liability for any damage done to your Hi-Speed

USB Drive for the above reason or because you try to repair it on your own.

3.  What operating systems allow the use of Hi-Speed USB Drive?

At present, Hi-Speed USB Drive always supports WIN98. However, Hi-Speed USB Drive is

unable to work under WIN NT and WIN95, as neither of them supports a USB interface.

4.  What files can be stored on Hi-Speed USB Drive?

Like a general storage device, Hi-Speed USB Drive can store files of any kind, from general

documents to audiovisual files. We recommend that you should use anti-virus software to

prevent infection.

5.  Is it necessary to shut down my computer before installing Hi-Speed USB Drive?

No, it is not necessary. Since Hi-Speed USB Drive is a plug and play device, you may plug it

in or pull it out, whether your computer is on.
