To use the purifier safely, it is recommended to check its status often.
Check the following items often for the purifier to maintain the best condition all the time.
- Does the display turn on and off when the power cord is moved while the power is connected?
- Is any part of the power cord hotter than usual?
- Is any part of the power cord changed in shape and color or damaged?
- Does the front panel’s light blink abnormally?
If the Display light blinks abnormally, call service center immediately.
- Is the color of Purity LED orange?
Contact LG Electronics Healthcare manager about the filter replacement.
- Does water leak out or make pool around the purifier?
- Does the product change in shape or smell strangely?
