There's no response when connecting Macbook with the thunderbolt cable. No charging display and no response to display

Check item
1. Measure the impedance of Q102 G-D pin with DVM (multi-meter), if short (0 ohm), replace Q102
2. With PCB P/N EAX67089601, measure R118. if it's over than 0 ohm, replace R118 (0 ohm).
3. Check customer's thunderbolt cable because it is one of the reason that no TBT responses.
