5.3 Troubleshooting Download Errors

1) When the phone does not work after downloading has been

completed.

2) Media Erasing Error

3) NV Restore Error

• 

Reboot the phone in the emergency mode (Simultaneously press “2”, “5” and “PWR” red keys) and

then try to download all the images again including AMSS Modem, Media, and Module image. This is

emergency download process.

• 

The phone supports a special mode named emergency mode. In this mode, minimum units for

downloading is running so that users can download the images again in case of emergency situation.

(AMSS Modem, Media and Module Images can not be running in this mode.)
