1) Please check CN302’s Pin5, 7 (BT UART AUDIO).
2) Abnormal BT UART signal input/ output conditions

Try replacing CN302 or BT Module.

3) Normal BT UART signal input/ output conditions

Ö

Check IC301, IC303 working status

4) Normal IC301 operation conditions
