Confirming Items Before Reporting Defect
When product goes wrong, before contacting the service center please confirm the following items.

Clean dust sensor or filter.
●
LG air purifier is designed to detect polluted air, therefore
odor sensor may not react to food odors.
But odor removing filter will remove odor. Steam particle
from cooking or boiling water may cause odor sensor level
goes up.
