Auto weight defrost guide

* Use this function to defrost quickly for minced meat.
* Remove the meat completely from it's wrapping. Place the mince onto a microwave-safe plate. When BEEP, at this point remove the mince from the

microwave oven, turn the mince over and return to the microwave oven . Press start to continue. At the end of the program remove the mince from the
microwave oven,  cover with foil and allow to stand 5-15 minutes or until completely thawed.
