Ingredients:
Egg
- 4 pieces
Milk
- 4 tablespoons
Flour
- 1 tablespoon
Butter (for pan lubrication)
Wooden sticks - 2 pieces
Filling: Greenery : dill, parsley, leek
Ham or sausage - 2 slices Salt and pepper to taste.
Cheese - 2 slices
Method:

Stir eggs with whisk. Add flour and milk. Put cut greenery. Lubricate the plate with butter,
pour omelet there. And put the plate on the keep moisture tray .
Add 30g water into the though, Place the prepared dish in the oven.

Choose the menu and press start to cook.

After cooking, stand covered for 3minutes in the oven.
-Divide omelet into two parts. Put a slice of cheese and ham (sausage)
on each omelet piece, roll omelet out and fix with a wooden stick.
-Put into the tray, and add 30g water in the though of the tray, then covered.
cook at 100% power for 1min or until cheese melted.

Honey 125g
Filling:
chopped nuts ( peanut or almond or walnut)
Method:

Delete hearts from apples. Cut to piece, and put honey and chopped nuts .

Put apples on the plate and into the keep moisture , add 30g water into the though .

Cover , choose the menu and press start to cook.

After cooking, stand covered for 3minutes in the oven.
