Organizer [Menu 3]
Calendar
Menu 3.1
This feature allows you to keep
track of your schedule and tasks
saved in the calendar. You can also
set alarm tone reminders.
To make a note and reminder in
Calendar first time
1. From the main menu, select
Organizer and press OK .
. Select Calendar and press OK .
3. Select a date you want to insert
a note or reminder and press
Options .
4. Select Add Task and press OK .
5. Use the navigation keys up/ down
to select Note and press Edit .
6. Enter your note or reminder in
this mode and press Options .
7. Select Save and press OK .
8. Press Done and use the

center key to select Yes .
To edit a note or reminder in a
specified date
Your phone provides the following
options when you enter a specified
date and press Options .
► View : Views tasks stored on a
specified day.
► Add : Adds a new task to a
specified day.
► Edit task : Edits a task on a
specified day.
► Delete task : Deletes a specific
task.
► Delete all : Deletes all tasks.
► Send vCalendar : Sends the task
via a text message, a multimedia
message, Bluetooth, or just
saves to file.
To jump to a desired date:
1. From the main menu, use the
navigation keys up/down to select
Organizer and press OK .
. Select Calendar and press OK .
3. Press Options and select Jump
to date.
4. Press OK and key in the year,
month and day you wish to jump
to follow by pressing OK again.
