Scanning programmes
manually for Terrestrial
Antenna (Manual Tuning)
Scans digital TV or radio programmes and adds the
detected programmes to the programme list.
1.
Display [Setup] menu.
2.
Use
W/S
to select [DTV], and press ENTER
(

).

Use
W/S
to select [Manual Tuning] and press
ENTER (
b
) to display the [Manual Tuning]
menu.
4.
Use
W/S/A/D
to select the desired
multiplexer (MUX), and the unit starts scanning
automatically.
5.
Use
S
to select the [Add] and press ENTER
(
b
) to add the programme the unit scans
automatically.
If the [DTV Lock] option is set to [Lock], this
function is available when you enter the
password correctly. (see page 31.)

Note
Editing Programme List
(Channel Edit)
You can remove any digital TV or radio programs
stored on this recorder using the [Channel Edit]
menu.

Display [Setup] menu.

Use

to select [DTV], and press ENTER

to select [Channel Edit] and
press ENTER (

).

to select [DTV] and use

to select
[DTV] or [Radio] programme list.

to select a programme you
want to skip from the list, and press red (

If you do not want to skip the programme,
select the programme and press red (

Use

to select a programme you
want to lock from the list, and press blue (
B
)
coloured button.
If you do not want to lock the programme,
select the programme and press blue (

Press BACK (

) to return to the previous step.
Skip :
If the programme is assigned to skip, you
can’t select that programme with CH button in
Remote control.
Edit

Choose a channel you
want. Press green (

) coloured button and then
change the location of channel by using
W/
S/A/D
.
Block :
If the programme is assigned to block
and [DTV Lock] in the [Setup] menu is set to
[Lock], you should enter the password to watch
the programme.
