Directions

¥ Arrange food on microwave plate.
¥ Place meaty portions and bulky vegetable 

to the outside of the plate.

¥ Cover with plastic wrap and vent.
¥ After cooking, let stand for 2 minutes.

¥ Prepare vegetable (wash and cut into 

1/2-inch pieces).

¥ Most vegetables need 2 to 3 minutes 

standing time to finish cooking.
