Transferring music using 
Windows Media Player

From the home screen select 

, 

then scroll through 

Connectivity

 

in the Settings tab.

Select 

USB connection mode

 

and choose 

Music sync

.

Connect your handset and your 
PC using a compatible USB cable.

When you try to connect the 
handset on your PC, your handset 
will read: Music Sync... followed 
by 

Connected

.

The PC will prompt you to 
launch your preferred music 
management software. 

Select Window Media Player.

Go to the Sync Tab, then drag 
and drop the music you wish to 
transfer to your handset into the 

Sync List

 pane.

Click on 

Start Sync

 button. This 

starts the transfer process.

WARNING

Do not disconnect your phone 
during the transfer.

NOTE

: Music Sync is available for 

only music contents.

NOTE

: If GC900f is not recognised or 

is recognised as an image device by 
Window OS:

Click 

Start > Control

 on your 

desktop.

Select an image scanner device.

An image device “GC900f Music 
Sync Player” will be displayed in 
the device list.

To remove the device, click 

Remove

 in the context menu.

Disconnect the USB cable from 
the GC900f.

Install Windows Media Player 
version 11 (WMP 11).

When Windows Media Player is 
successfully installed, connect the 
GC900f to you PC.
