Menu functions
Phone book [Menu 5-1]
You can search or add phone numbers and corresponding names.
You can also give each person a ring tone and photo image. Speed-
dial allows you to dial the numbers directly. You can also access this
menu through
Organisers.
Add new
You can add a new entry to the phone book by using this function.
1.
Select
Add new
from the Menu, then press
O
[OK] key.
2.
Move to
Name,
and then input the name.
3.
Move to
Number/E-mail,
then enter contacts and icons. You can
enter more than one contact or e-mail.
4.
To designate speed dials, press
<
[Option] and select “Speed
dial”. Select an empty speed-dial and press
O
[OK]. You could
either change or cancel speed dials.
5.
Move to
Group
and select one.
6.
Move to
Memo
and write a memo.
7.
Move to
Image
and press
>
[Setup], you can previously,
directly record, or designate a previously saved image.
8.
Move to
Bell
and press
>
[Setup], then select the ring tone
you require.
9.
Move to tab area and press
>
or
<
to toggle between the
phone and SIM memories.

To delete all numbers and letters you are entering, hold
down
C
key.
