Troubleshooting
Issue Possible problem Resolution
DWD-300 does
not turn on.
Check whether the
Micro USB cable is
properly attached.
Attach the Micro
USB cable for power
supply.
Unable to
connect the
DWD-300 with
the Miracast
capable source
device
- Check and make
sure the DWD-
300 is placed
in connectable
mode.
- Check and make
sure WiFi Direct
is enabled on the
source device.
- With the power
ON, press the Push
Button two times
(First one makes
DWD-300 idle
mode, and second
one for making
connectable mode)
or try power cycling
DWD-300.
- Turn on WiFi Direct.
An image does
not appear or
there is no vid-
eo playback on
the TV screen or
monitor.
Check whether the
HDMI cable is at-
tached correctly.
Dettach and reat-
tach the HDMI cable
to the HDMI port on
the DWD-300 and the
display device
