Use the "Defrosting(
)" operating mode to defrost food.
Defrosting dishes
• Remove the dish from its packaging, put it on a plate and place the
plate on the shelf.
• Do not cover the dish with a plate or bowl, as this can considerably
extend the defrosting time.
• Do not use the liquid produced during defrosting for cooking the
dish to avoid the risk of salmonella. Ensure that the liquid
produced during defrosting is free to run off the food.
Shelf levels
• For defrosting, use the shelf on Level 1, or Level 2 for larger
dishes.
