When you turn on your set, it will display “HELLO” on front panel, and it will not boot-up nor-

mally.

Replace IC501 on main board.

3-9-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)

  1) Please check 1.2 V of C564 on main board.
    Please check 3.3 V of C567 on main board.
    Please check 1.5 V of C529 on main board.
    Please check 1.1 V of C552 on main board.
  2) If it doesn’t work even though IC103, IC106, IC107 are no problem,
    IC501 MT8550L could have problem.
  3) After changing it, if the set is still no booting, check main board refer to item 3-10.
