3. NO BOOTING WHEN YOU TURN ON THE POWER BUTTON.
When you turn on your BD-P, it will display “Hello” or “Please wait” message con-
tinuously on front panel, and it will not boot-up normally
3-1. IC601, IC602, IC603
3-1-1. Solution
replace ic601, ic602, ic603 on main board.
3-1-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)
1) Please check 1.8v of ca602.
2) if 1.8v voltage doesn’t come out, check P_con_5.3v of ic301.
--> if you figure out those power control doesn’t come out any signal level (or voltage),
please replace ic301 of main board.
3) check ddr3_vreF of c620, ddr3_vreF must be 0.75v.
if ddr3_vreF is not 0.75v, check the r575 and r576.
4) if the set is still not booting, check ddr ic(ic601~603).
