PM10 : dust particle size is equal or below 10
μm (occurs in the combustion at the site, auto-
mobile exhaust, etc.)
PM2.5 : dust particle size is equal or below 2.5
μm (consists of ion, carbon compounds, and
metal compounds)
PM1.0 : dust particle size is equal or below 1.0
μm (cigarette smoke, etc.)
