. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The
MediaTeK MT5392
family consists of a DTV front-end demodulator, a backend decoder and a
TV controller and offers high integration for advanced applications. It combines a transport
de-multiplexer, a high definition video decoder, an AC3 audio decoder, a four-link LVDS transmitter
and an NTSC/PAL/SECAM TV decoder with a 3D comb filter. The MT5392 enables consumer
electronics manufactures to build high quality, low coat and feature-rich iDTVs.
World-Leading Audio/Video Technology:
The MT5392 supports most Full-HD video decoder
standards, including H.264, MPEG4, VC1, MPEG2, and JPEG. The MT5392 also supports
MediaTeK MDDiTM de-interlace solution to generate very smooth picture quality for motions. The
special color processing technology provides natural, deep colors and a true studio quality video.
Also, the MT5392 family has built-in high resolution and high-quality audio codec.
All New Full-HD 120Hz Experience:
The MT5392 family enables customers a true F-HD 120Hz
experience. It integrates high quality F-HD ME/MC technology and four-link LVDS.
ATSC/DVB Common Platform Capability:
The MT5392 family supports both ATSC and DVB
demodulation function. TV marker can easily port the same UI to worldwide TV models. Excellent
adjacent and co-channel rejection capability grants customers never miss any wonderful stream.
