Forwarding Calls
You can forward calls On-Net (internally) or Off-Net (externally). Internally, calls can be forwarded to
another station, a hunt group or to the user

mailbox.
To Call Forward a set On-Net (Internally):
1. Lift the handset or press the Speaker button.
2. Press the [Dnd/Fwd] button or dial the Forward code „5 5 4
‟.
3. Dial the Call Forward type code (1-4):
(1) Unconditional, all calls forward immediately
(2) (2) Busy, calls forward if the station is busy
(3) (3) No answer, calls forward if not answered in the Call Forward No-Answer time
(4) (4) Busy/No-answer, calls forward if busy or not answered after Call Forward No
answer time
4. Dial the station or Group number, or „#
