Remedy Check the connections
Cause Pump is blocked

Cause Belt is broken

Cause Motor is defective

Cause Wrong supply voltage
Remedy Check the mains power or inverter
Fault Motor protective switch triggers
Cause Pump is blocked
Remedy Contact us

Remedy
Adjust the setting. Refer to Technical data on page 10.
Cause Wrong direction of rotation
Remedy Check and change the direction of rotation if applicable
Cause Wrong supply voltage
Remedy Check the mains power
Cause Exhaust line is clogged
Remedy Clean the exhaust line
Fault Pump does not reach vacuum performance
Cause Inlet filter is clogged
Remedy Clean the inlet filter (if in use)
Cause Gas leak at the pump inlet
Remedy Check O-ring at inlet port or connections of accessories
Cause Wrong rotational speed
Remedy Check the mains frequency or inverter
