Step 7

Remove the two screws holding the wiper
blade.

(See Photo 34)

Step 8

Remove the wiper blade.

(See Photo 35)

Clean the waste hopper and wiper blade
using dry compressed air or a vacuum.

Step 9

Apply padding powder to the wiper
blade. Place the blade into the waste hop-
per and install the two screws that hold
the blade in place.

Step 11

Place the waste hopper so that it is facing
towards you. Apply padding powder to
the drum and place the drum in the hop-
per so the drive gear is on the left side of
the cartridge.

Step 10

Clean the PCR saddles using a cotton
swab and alcohol. Place the saddles onto
the ends of the PCR and place the PCR
back into the waste hopper.

Step 5

Remove the drum.

If you plan on reusing the drum,
clean the drum with a soft lint-
free cloth and place the drum in
a protected area out of the light.

Step 6

Grasp the PCR contact saddles
and lift the PCR from the waste
hopper.

Clean the

PCR using a dry lint-free cloth.
