Alignment mode 2
Module 48
The module defines input and output data for the alignment mode of the BCL. The align-
ment mode is used for easy alignment of the BCL with the barcode. Using the transmitted
decoding quality as a percentage, the optimum alignment can be easily selected.
Notice!
The alignment mode 2 should not be used
in connection with module 15
(AutoReflAct) as
this may lead to erroneous functionality.
