1) Mounting onto the tripod

Fig. 2 Loosen the panning base knob by turning anticloekwise and rotate the head
body with one hand to adjust the panning positlon, the ether hand holds the camera
for security.
3) Main loek knob and tenslon setting knob
Fig.3 Loosen the main! loek knob properly(you can adjust the posltion of the camera
while it won't move when you put your hands down. Turn the friction knob clockwise
until it stops and you may loosen the main loek knob completely next time when you
want to adjust the position) and adiust the positon to frame, loek the main loek knob
and then begin the shooting.
