Functional test
After commissioning and during operation, carry out inspections on a regular basis. Pay special at-
tention to:
•
Torque behavior and current consumption
•
Unusual noises
•
Irregular running
•
Increased vibration
•
Loose fixing elements
•
Condition of electrical cables
•
Untypical heating of the motors
3.5.
Switching system IO
Definitions
•
Position of the toggle switch:
Top: HIGH; Bottom: LOW
•
Function indication LED:
ON: Voltage at input or output of i950: HIGH (24 V)
OFF: Voltage at input or output of i950: LOW (0 V)
Assembly
1.
Switch off the voltage supply of the inverter.
2.
Connect the Sub-D socket on the connecting cable from the cable
kit to the Sub-D connector on the front face of the switching sys-
tem IO.
3.
Connect the Sub-D connector on the connecting cable from the
cable kit to the desired Sub-D socket on the front face of the
teachware.
Commissioning of the switching system IO
1.
Switch all toggle switch to LOW.
Exception: Toggle switch AI1 Pot. / AI1 Bush.
2.
Set the potentiometer to “0”, i. e. to the left as far as it will go
.
3.
Switch on the 24 V power supply at the teachware.
4.
Check whether the green LED "24Vbox ON" light up.
5.
The inverter can now be controlled by means of the switching system IO.
