Jako výrobce přebíráme za tento přístroj - podle volby kupujícího navíc kromě zákonných
nároků na záruku vůči prodávajícímu - záruku po dobu 1 roku od data nákupu. V této záruční
době odstraňujeme dle naší úvahy opravou nebo výměnou přístroje bezplatně všechny závady,
které se zakládají na vadách materiálu nebo výroby. Záruka se nevztahuje na: škody vzniklé
nesprávným používáním, běžné opotřebení a vady, které mají na hodnotu nebo použitelnost
přístroje jen nepatrný vliv. Při zásahu provedeném neautorizovanými dílnami nebo při použití
jiných než originálních náhradních dílů záruka zaniká.

Además de los derechos de garantía legales a los que puede optar el comprador frente al
vendedor, el fabbricante otorga a este producto una garantía de un año a partir de la fecha de
compra.
Dentro de este plazo, los fallos debidos a defectos de material o de fábrica son reparados
gratuitamente según nuestro criterio, ya sea arreglando el producto o cambiándolo por otro.
Quedan excluidos de esta garantía los daños causados por un uso inadecuado o por el desgaste
normal del producto, así como aquellos daños irrelevantes que no afectan a su calidad ni a
su capacidad de funcionamiento. Esta garantía expira en caso de intervención de centros no
autorizados o de utilización de piezas de repuesto que no sean originales.

Als Hersteller übernehmen wir für dieses Gerät – nach Wahl des Käufers zusätzlich zu
den gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsansprüchen gegen den Verkäufer – eine Garantie von 1
Jahr ab Kaufdatum. Innerhalb dieser Garantiezeit beseitigen wir nach unserer Wahl durch
Reparaturen oder Austausch des Gerätes unentgeltlich alle Mängel, die auf Material- oder
Herstellungsfehlern beruhen. Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind: Schäden, die auf
unsachgemäßen Gebrauch zurückzuführen sind, normaler Verschleiß und Mängel, die den Wert
oder die Gebrauchstauglichkeit des Gerätes nur unerheblich beeinflussen. Bei Eingriffen von nicht
autorisierten Stellen oder bei Verwendung anderer als originale Ersatzteile erlischt die Garantie.
ENGLISH – MANUFACTURER’S LIMITED WARRANTY
The product carries a limited warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited
warranty extends only to the original consumer who purchased the new product from an
authorized dealer.
A dated Proof of Purchase is required. The Manufacturer will only replace or repair product
components that are found to suffer from defective workmanship or defective material. This
limited warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse; normal wear
and tear; accidents that damage the exterior appearance or color; breakage (except breakage
resulting from manufacturing defects); improper dealer service; improper dealer or consumer
modifications to the product; loss of product due to improper attachment; any normal variations
in the temperature at each setting or the battery life at each setting that is caused by the method
of recharging the batteries; the conditions in which the product is used, and the tolerances of the
batteries, microprocessor, or microchip.
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty offered by the Manufacturer. There are no other
warranties, expressed or implied. Neither the Manufacturer nor the Distributor is liable for any
incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or possession of the product. If a
defect arises in the product within the Limited Warranty period, the user should promptly return
the product to an authorized dealer. A dated Proof of Purchase is required. If the product or any
component is replaced or repaired, the replacement or repair is covered only for the remainder of
the original Limited Warranty period dating from the purchase of the original product.
