CAUTION!
PROPERTY DAMAGE!
• The electric kettle becomes very
hot after operating it. Hold only the
handle of the kettle and operate
only the unlock key and the on/off
switch.
• In any case, do not fill alcohol,
sugar or milk in the electric kettle!
Implementing:
1. Place the appliance on a dry, flat,
skid resistant base.
2. Pick the electric kettle (1) from the
appliance base (2) and open the lid
(3) of the electric kettle (1).
3. Fill the electric kettle (1) up to the
marking, which shows the maximum
fill level, and close again the previ-
ously opened lid (3).
4. Place the electric kettle (1) again
on the appliance base (2).
5. Plug in the mains plug in a well
accessible socket, the voltage of
which corresponds to the specifica-
tions on the data plate.
6. Heat the water by activating the
switch (4). The indicator lamp of the
electric kettle continuously glows
during the process of boiling. After
the water has been heated, the
appliance and the indicator lamp
automatically switch off.
7. Pour out the water and rinse the
interior of the electric kettle with
fresh water.
8. Once you have repeated this
process, the appliance is ready for
use.
10. Cleaning
DANGER-
ELECTRIC SHOCK!
• Pull out the mains plug from the
socket before you clean the electric
kettle.
• The electric kettle, the appliance
base, the connecting cable and
the mains plug are not allowed to
be immersed in the water or other
liquids.
