•
Add 2 minutes of cooking time if the appliance is cooled. You can also preheat the appliance
at your desired temperature for 2 minutes before adding the ingredients.
•
Once on, the hot air circulation blower will stop 5 seconds after the drawer is pulled out.
•
During the hot air frying process, the fan icon on the control panel will circulate. Pressing
the cooking program menu at this stage will cause the fan icon to blink and pause the
cooking program. If you want to adjust the time or temperature, or switch to a different
cooking program, press the according buttons. When finished with the adjustments, press
menu again to resume.
•
Some foods require a generous shake halfway through cooking. Simply pull the drawer out
of the appliance and shake it (Fig. 8). Slide the drawer back into the air fryer once finished.
•
Ensure that you do not push the basket release button while shaking or transporting the
drawer. (Fig. 9)
•
After the set cooking time has elapsed, the heating element will stop but the fan will
continue to run for 20 seconds to blow away the hot air. When the timer beep alerts 5x, the
timer countdown has reached 0 and the circulation blower will stop completely.
•
Pull the drawer out of the appliance and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Check if the
food is ready. If the food is not ready, slide the drawer back into the appliance and adjust
the time (and temperature if necessary).
•
To remove the food, pull the drawer out and place on a flat, heatproof surface.
(
Fig. 10
)
Remove the basket from the drawer using the basket release button. (Fig. 11)
•
For foods like chips, potato gems, chicken fingers, etc. simply tip the basket onto a serving
plate. (Fig. 12) Tip: To remove large or fragile food, use a pair of tongs. Using tongs also
prevents the oil collected at the bottom of the pan from leaking back onto the food.
•
Once the food has been removed, the appliance is immediately ready to use again.
