HANDELING AND USEAGE:

1. Never touch the surface of the Warming Tray while it is operating.

2. Never leave food at room temperature on the Warming Tray.

3. Always operate on a dry level surface. Operating on sinks or uneven surfaces must be avoided.

4. Do not clean with metal scouring pads, this will directly damage the Stainless-Steel surface of the
Warming Tray. Plus, pieces may break off the pad and touch the electrical parts, creating a risk of
electric shock.

5. Always unplug the Warming Tray and let it cool down sufficiently before cleaning. Since the
Warming Tray is constructed for cordless usage, it can take up to 3 hours for the Warming Tray to
cool down sufficiently to be cleaned.

6. Thoroughly clean all parts that will come in contact with food with a soft damp cloth and dry
thoroughly before use.

7. Use non-disposable, oven-safe vessels only on the Warming Tray, ensuring they are positioned in
the centre of the Warming Tray and do not overhang the edges.

8. Do not use the Warming Tray to reheat refrigerated food. The Warming Tray is only for keeping
freshly cooked food warm.

9. Do not use your fingers or hands to move the food on the Warming Tray. Only use heat-proof
serving utensils to stir or serve food from the Warming Tray. Do not leave the serving utensils inside
the serving dishes after single use. Never leave utensils on top of the Warming Tray.

10. Follow food safety standards when using the Warming Tray and ensure food is kept at safe
temperatures for consumption. Do not allow cooked food to remain on the Warming Tray longer
than 60 minutes after it is switched off.

11. Porcelain and china dishes may cause scratches. Place dishes carefully on the stainless-steel
heating surface so they do not scratch.

12. Never put food directly on the Warming Tray, use cookware, casserole or serving dishes.

HELPFUL HINTS:

• Covered crockery dishes with a flat base and edges that are not too high keep food the warmest.

SHORT CORD INSTRUCTIONS:

Do not use with an extension cord. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risks
resulting from being entangled in or tripping over a long cord.

ELECTRIC POWER:

If the electrical circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your unit may not operate properly. It
should be operated on a dedicated electrical circuit (power point).
