1.
Ensure
that
the
speed
selector
is
at
the
OFF
position,
then
the
plug
in
the
power
source.
2.
Turn
the
speed
selector
to
your
desired
setting.
Warning:
Do
not
stick
any
cutlery
or
utensils
etc.
into
the
bowl
while
it
is
operating.
3.
The
max
operation
time
cannot
exceed
7
minutes,
followed
by
a
minimum
40
minutes
rest
time
between
2
consecutive
cycles.
4.
When
kneading
yeast
dough,
use
the
dough
hook.
Select
the
speed
on
the
selector
to
first
operate
at
MIN
speed
for
the
first
30
second,
and
then
increase
the
speed
to
MID
to
complete
your
mixing.
Never
use
the
dough
hook
to
knead
at
MAX
speed.
The
suggested
maximum
scale
for
dough
making
is
700g
dry
flour
with
380ml
warm
water.
5.
When
mixing
is
completed,
turn
the
speed
selector
to
OFF
position,
unplug
the
cord
from
power
outlet.
6.
Hold
down
the
tilt
button,
the
head
of
the
mixer
will
automatically
lift
and
lock
into
the
tilt
open
position.
7.
If
necessary,
you
can
scrape
the
excess
food
particles
from
the
mixing
beaters
or
dough
hooks
by
plastic
spatula.
Ensure
the
mixer
speed
is
in
the
OFF
position
when
this
is
done.

If
necessary,
you
can
scrape
the

food
particles
from
the
mixing

Note:
During
kneading,
some
flour
may
be
adhered
on
the
inside
of
the
mixing
bowl,
remove

bowl
cover,

scrape

by
spatula
to
obtain
well
kneading
results.

the
mixer
speed
is
in
the
OFF
position
when
this
is
done.
When
mixing
food
such
as
butter
with
egg
or
flour,
pieces
of
vegetables
and
fruits,
use
the
mixing
beater
attachment.
When
mixing
liquid
foods
such
as
eggs,
milk,
water
etc.
use
the
egg
whisk
attachment.
To
whisk
eggs,
the
suggested
maximum
amounts
of
eggs
are
14
x
regular
size
eggs.
The
suggested
minimum
amounts
of
eggs
are
3
x
regular
size
eggs.

:
Before
pressing
down
the
tilt
button
(
namely
before
lifting
the
head
of
mixer
),
make
sure

mixing
beater
or

on
