Remote Monitoring Configuration
Remote Monitoring (RMON) allows you to monitor traffic flowing through the
switch. The RMON MIB is described in RFC 2819.
The following sections describe the Remote Monitoring (RMON) configuration
options.

Configures the interface MIB Object Identifier. The IFOID must correspond to
the standard interface OID, as follows:

Enter a text string that identifies the person or entity that uses this History

Configures the time interval over which the data is sampled for each bucket.

Configures the requested number of buckets, which is the number of discrete
time intervals over which data is to be saved.
The default value is
30
.
The maximum number of buckets that can be granted is 50.
