1.
Double-click
My
Computer
.
2.
Double-click
Control
Panel
.
3.
Double-click
System
.
4.

left
mouse
button,
click
the
Device
Driver
tab.
5.
Scroll
down
until
you
find
Universal
Serial
Bus
Controllers.
Then
using
the
left
mouse
button
click
the
plus
(+)
sign
to
change
it
to
a
minus
(-)
sign.

Using

left
mouse
button,
click
the
Remove
button
located
on

lower
right-hand
corner
of
the
device
manager.

Warning

about
to
remove

device
from

system
window
opens.

Click
OK

Click

Refresh
button
so
Windows

forced
to
re-detect
the
hardware.

Controller
