BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE...

Write down the unit model number before calling.

Check to see that electrical disconnect switches are ON.

Make sure the room thermostat temperature selector and
water temperature dial are properly set.

The room thermostat system switch should be in the ON
position.

Replace any blown fuses, or reset circuit breakers.

Air filter should be clean.
To keep your heating and cooling system running in peak operating condition
year after year, contact your independent Lennox dealer about a service and
maintenance program.
Have the Lennox dealer fill out this information for future reference.
