Auto-stop function

Please follow to prevent battery from leaking, 

heating or exploding.

Do not touch liquid leaking from the battery.

There is danger that blindness or inflammation 

may occur. If it comes into contact with eyes 

or skin, rinse well with tap water immediately 

and seek treatment from a doctor. If it comes 

into contact with clothing, please rinse with 

tap water immediately.

There is a risk of injury due to accidental 

swallowing of the battery or screws. 

If accidental swallowing occurs, seek 

medical treatment immediately.

In the case that liquid is leaking from the 

battery please use rubber gloves to remove 

battery and do not touch it with your bare 

hands. Thoroughly wipe away any liquid 

leaking from the battery with a cloth or 

paper.

Do not insert the batteries in the 

wrong direction.

This can cause the battery to leak or 

heat up resulting in damage or injury.

Remove the battery from the clock 

when not in use for a long time.

If the battery is kept in, leakage may 

occur.

To avoid battery leakage or explosion, 

please follow the below.

If the clock stops, either replace the 

battery with a new one or remove the 

battery.

Even when the clock is still working, 

change the battery regularly once 

per year.

Locations with temperatures above +50°C (+122°F). 

Locations exposed to direct sunlight. In the 

proximity of fire or heat from heating appliances. 

Locations where it is in direct contact with

Locations where the temperature is below -10℃ 

(10 degrees below zero) (+14℉) (The plastic part 

or battery may deteriorate.)

Locations with high temperatures or humidity such 

as the bathroom, sauna, bedrock bath or 

greenhouse. (This can lead to rust or damage.)

Locations where there may be a lot of dust. 

(The clock may stop if air dust accumulates inside 

the machanism.) 

Locations where there is strong magnetism such 

as next to a TV, electronic office equipment, or 

audio equipment. (The clock may speed up, slow 

down or stop due to the magnetism.)

Locations with a lot of gas such as swimming 

pools or hot springs.

Locations where it may be subject to vibration such 

as in a car, on a boat or at a construction site. 

Locations where large quantities of oil are used, 

such as a kitchen. (The clock may stop or be 

soiled if oil sprays onto the case or mechanism.)

Direct contact with rubber or polyvinyl chlorides 

for long periods may cause the product to stain, 

stick or deteriorate.

Location that lasts for a long time in very dry and 

humid conditions.

Battery specification of this product is manganese batteries or alkaline batteries, of 1.5V. 

Please do not use the following batteries for it may result in damage to our product.

It does not support an oxyride dry cell.
Because malfunction may happen to a 

machine, please do not use it.

(High-performance battery having high initial voltage)

Because the voltage is low (1.2V), 

please do not use the charge-type 

battery for our product.

One second is divided into 4 movements. It moves smoothly. (Smooth movement)

Per second, sound occurs. (Go by dividing one second. Stutter sound.)

Function and operation sound of sweep second hand type

Operation sound you hear will vary depending on the situation and environment in which to hang a table clock.

There are differences in the size of the sound operation noise generated from the complete body clock, 

because the vibration is in resonance, such as tha wall or frame.

Even those of the same type, there is a difference in sound working individually even if the product. This 

is caused by the presence of several factors overlap including the reasons mentioned above.

The inside of the clock so gear structure, even if the function of the clock is operating normally, there are 

individual differences, but the number of years has elapsed, the operation noise will increase little by little.

Remove any battery cover.

Remove any insulating parts or paper.

Insert the battery into the battery holder after checking the    ,     side of the battery.

Turn the hand knob to set the time.




Be sure to turn the alarm knob in the direction of the 

arrow (anti-clockwise) to set the alarm. Please do it 

every time when you reset the alarm time. Alarm 

time can be set at 10 minute intervals.

When the clock is hung, the clock or wall may become soiled due to static electrisity so please 

clean regularly.

If the product is dirty, wipe clean with a soft cloth. If the product is very dirty, wipe with a soft 

cloth slightly dampened with a solution of water and diluted mind detergent. Wipe dry.

Light function

The alarm stops temporarily 

/ turns on again (Snooze function)

The light stays on while the light / snooze 

button is pushed. (It goes off when you 

release the button.)

If you press the “light / snooze button” when the 

alarm sound is temporarily paused, it will start 

ringing in around 5 minutes.

The snooze function can be used for 30~50 minutes after the time the alarm was set for. 

Move the alarm switch to OFF to prevent it from sounding.

Rotating the alarm dial anticlockwise may reduce the accuracy of the alarm and cause 

it to sound earlier than the set time.

When the alarm switch is set to ON, the alarm will sound twice a day in the 

morning and afternoon. If not in use, turn the alarm OFF.

Due to the structure of the alarm mechanism, it may sound anytime between 5 minutes before 

or after the set time.

The alarm volume increases in four steps every five seconds from when it begins sounding.

When the alarm switch is ON, it starts to ring from the set time and stops automatically 

after 5 minutes (Auto-stop function). 

Please be careful not to apply pressure to this [Knob to move clock hands]. Because it is

linked to the hands of the clock, the load can cause the clock malfunction such as the clock 

going slow. (For example, the goods remain fallen, and is in contact with the floor)

If you give a shock to the product, there is a possibility that the battery and the clock 

needle is out. In addition, it will be the cause of the clockʼs breaking down, please be careful. 

Time accuracy is affected by 

temperature which may cause the 

time to speed up or slow down.

If the time inaccuracy builds up, make sure 

to turn the hands knob in the direction of 

the arrow to fix the correct time.  
Insert the battery after checking the direction.

The conduction of the battery 

contact points are not good.

Wipe the surface of the battery contact 

points. Also, roll the battery 2-3 times 

after inserting it.

If the alarm sound continues for more than 5 minutes, it will stop automatically.

Pressing the “light / snooze button” during the 

alarm will pause the sound for around 5 minutes 

and then it will start again.
