JUICER USE AND OPERATION

ASSEMBLY

After unit has been cleaned you are ready to assemble and use your Wheatgrass Juicer.

1. Check to ensure the bushing is installed in the back of the juicer head.

•

If not place the bushing on the back of the auger with the flat side nearest the auger curls.  Line up the drive

end of the auger with the hole in the back of the juicer and then use a rubber mallet to gently tap the bushing

into place by tapping on the auger.

• Bushing is fully installed when you can install the auger and the retaining ring with gasket.  If the retaining

ring cannot easily thread on the bushing is not fully seated in the back of the juicer.  You will need to tap on

the auger some more to fully seat the bushing in place.
2. Insert the screen into the wheatgrass juicer.

•  Press the screen into place until the end of the screen is even with the front of the unit.

3. Install the rubber gasket inside of the retaining ring which is also the waste extruding end.
4. Screw the retaining ring on just hand tight, do not over tighten.

•

NOTE:

Turn the retaining ring to the

RIGHT

 to

LOOSEN

 (L) and to the

LEFT

 to

TIGHTEN (

T

)

.  This is opposite

                            the norm.
5. Install the handle on the back of the auger by lining up the notch on the handle with the groove in the drive end

     of the auger.
6. Clamp the juicer onto a firm, steady surface or counter top.  (You may want to remove the handle for this step).

•  Make sure the rubber feet are installed so not to mar the countertop.

•  Tighten

the clamp screw until the juicer is firmly in place and does not wiggle when the handle is turned.

You are now ready to begin juicing!
