been used for approximately 60 days.

Slip clutch is located at rear end of secondary PTO
shaft. Rotate shield

Disconnect PTO shaft from tractor.

Step 3:

Loosen bolts

on outside diameter of

clutch until all bolts are just loose, then
tighten all bolts 1/2 turn.

Step 4:

Attach implement and PTO shaft to
tractor. Stand clear of machine.

Step 5:

Start tractor engine. Engage PTO and
run for a few seconds, or until clutch
smokes, then disengage PTO.

Tighten all bolts

If cutter bars are fully raised, move pitch control cylinder
stop to position

Place wheel chocks behind tires.

Step 5:

Raise 3-point hitch slightly to ensure stand can be rotated
down freely.

Step 6:

Remove pin and rotate stand down; reinstall pin.

Step 7:

Lower 3-point hitch until stand is on the ground.

Step 8:

Unhook PTO shaft and place in PTO cradle

Step 9:

Unhook hydraulic hoses and electrical harnesses. Place in
storage holder

Disconnect lower links of 3-point hitch.
