
• Remove the pressure from the pressure line of the control
block. The oil pump of certain tractor models may incur
damage as a result of sustained load.
- Make sure all rotors are duly locked (A, B, C - fig. 5).
The machine is now ready for transport.
Never allow the PTO shaft to rotate while the machine is in
the transport position.
4 MACHINE ADJUSTMENTS
4.1
Conversion to the working position
Make sure that nobody is near the machine when it is
converted from the transport- to the working position.
- Proceed as follows to obtain the working position of the
machine.
• Pressurize the pressure line of the control block. Switch
the valves or exchange the valve connectors of the hoses
if the hydraulic system does not function during any of
the following procedures.
• Apply lever
to lift the arms from the locking system
(fig. 5).
• Move the arms and side rotors sideways by means of
lever
.
• Apply lever
to unfold the outer rotors and the four
rear rotors.
• Lower all rotors onto the ground by means of lever
. In
the process, the intermediate chassis will tilt forwards.
• Remove the pressure from the pressure line of the control
block.
