5.2.4 Alarm
Set alarm sound for the Information, Warning and Error messages.

Setting the Alarm

Only Supervisor and Service user level can edit it.
1. To set the alarm for the Information, press the icon of Alarm ( → "Fig. 39- 1 ") .
2. Press Edit ( → "Fig. 39- 2 ") .
3. Set the volume ( → "Fig. 39- 3 ") from weak to strong, ranging from 0-9. If it is set to 0, the alarm
is muted.
4. Select one type of the sound from six sounds provided (
→
"Fig. 39- 4 ") .
5. Set the periodic time ( → "Fig. 39- 5 ") , ranging from 0-10 minutes. For example, if it is set to 5
minutes, the alarm rings one time per 5 minutes. If the periodic time is set to 0, the alarm rings
continuously. The periodic time can be set to On or Off by using the slider
( → "Fig. 39- 6 ") . If it is
set to Off, the periodic time is disabled.
6. Press Test ( → "Fig. 39- 7 ") to play the select sound at the selected volume for 1 cycle.
7. Press Save (
→
"Fig. 39- 8 ") .
8. To set the alarm for the Warning, repeat from steps 2 to 7.
9. To set the alarm for the Error, repeat steps 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7. Please noted that the volume range
for Error is 2-9, and the periodic time is not changeable.
