CARER RESPONSE User manual
The letter symbol in the status bar
indicates there are new, unhandled
alarms in the list.
Assistance alarm
Press and hold the
B4
for 3 seconds
to send an assistance alarm (default is
emergency alarm)to all other CARER
RESPONSE units in the system.
When it has been sent, the pop up
screen below appears.
Misc settings
Other settings
Sound
Adjust the sound in Preferences >
Sound level.
Vibration
Enable or disable vibration in Main
menu > Preferences > Vibration.
Backlight
Enable or disable the automatic
backlight function and set the
corresponding timeout parameters in
Main menu > Preferences > Back light.
Selecting
backlight always on
, signifi-
cantly reduces battery operating time.
Tech info
Displays technical information about
the CARER RESPONSE.
Advanced settings
Receive mode
Decides whether the CARER
RESPONSE should receive alarms
from:
• Programmed transmitters (default)
• All transmitters
Configuration
Select whether the CARER RESPONSE
is alone in a system.
• One CARER RESPONSE
• Many CARER RESPONSE units (default)
