1. What happens if I get my adjustable bed base home and I'm not satisfied with
it?

about the store's policies.
2. Do I have to set up or assemble my adjustable bed base?
A.
In most cases, the people who deliver your adjustable bed base will put it
together and set it up for you. Be sure to ask your salesperson about the store's
policies.
3. Where can I find the serial number for my adjustable bed base?
A.
The serial number should begin with a C, G, L, or W, followed by six digits. It is
located:
1) on the front of the owner's manual
2) on the back of the remote control
3) on the underside of the base.
Split King bases will have two serial numbers.
4. What do I do if I lose the remote control?
A.
You can purchase a replacement remote control directly from us. Be sure to
have your adjustable bed base's serial number handy so we can help you find the
right remote control for your model.
