Macros
Macros can be useful when a particular manipulation requires the use of multiple commands. They are also
easy to use as they simply require the use of the macro function in TeraTerm, the SendToLeddarSteer.tll
file, and a text file with the required commands written.
The syntax is, however, crucial as the macro will not recognize a text file that does not follow the rules below:
•
Only one command per line
•
Each line separated by
“E
nter
”
•
Space between each command and its argument
LeddarTech suggests saving a specific configuration into these text files. Consequently, it would be easier
to revert to a previous setting.
10. Interfacing With the LCA3 Evaluation Board
It is possible to interface the DBSD driver board to the LCA3 Evaluation Board (sold separately). To
interconnect the two boards together, you will need to connect the flat flexible cable between connector P4
of the DBSD driver board to connector J64 of the LCA3 Evaluation Board.
To connect the provided flat flexible cable, lift the latch upon connector P4 and insert the cable with the
contacts facing the center of the board. Once the cable is fully inserted, push the latch down to secure the
connection.
