Temperature Control Probe
The temperature control probe is the nerve center and brain of the Reversible Grill
Griddle, so treat it carefully. Dropping or banging it could change its calibration and make
the temperature settings inaccurate.
Rotate the dial to select the temperature as called for in the recipe.
The indicator light on the temperature control probe will illuminate as soon as the dial
is rotated. The light will go out once the selected temperature has been reached.
Allow the Reversible Grill Griddle to cool before removing the temperature control probe.
To clean the temperature control probe, simply wipe down with a soft, damp cloth.
Make sure you dry it thoroughly before using again.
NOTE:
The temperature control probe is not submersible.
CAUTION:
Use the temperature control probe supplied with this Reversible Grill Griddle
only. The use of any other temperature control probe may cause fire, electric shock,
or injury.
How To Operate Table Top Grill
Before using for the first time, wash the oil dripping tray and cooking plate with lukewarm water.
Dry thoroughly.
Open the lid and place the oil dripping pan into the base.
Place the cooking plate on the oil dripping tray.
The table top grill can be used in 2 positions: Open or Close. To use as opened position, simply
squeeze the lid clip and ensure it is secured into position. In the normal closed position, it will lock
into the base accordingly
Insert the temperature controller into the body, and then switch it on. (Note: The temperature
controller cannot be inserted and operated without the oil dripping tray and cooking plate in
position for safety reason).
You may adjust the desired temperature while cooking.
When the indicator light is switched on, it is warming up automatically. When the indicator light is
switched off, it means your desired temperature has already been reached.
Before frying, it is recommended to adjust the temperature to the maximum. You may start frying
after 5 minutes when optimal temperature has been achieved.
After cooking, ensure the T
emperature Controller is at “OFF” position. Only then should you
remove the plug from the power outlet.
