6 - Using the equipment
It is essential to be familiar with chapters 2, 3 and 5 before you read this chapter.
6.1 Opening lights
6.1.1 Windows
Outward-opening window
Opening the window
0. Release the handle by pressing the button on the handle.
1. Pull the handles up into a vertical position.
2. Push the window outwards.
3. Adjust the opening of the windows using the knobs on windows fitted with tubular stays, or by selecting the required stop
position on windows fitted with automatic stays.
4. Release the handle by pressing the button on the handle.
The handle can also be used to set the window in a ventilation position: bring the handle back to a horizontal position so that
it lies halfway between the lock mechanism.
Closing the window
1. Gently push the window as far out as possible.
2. Pull the window slowly inwards.
3. Lower the handles into a horizontal position.
Sliding window
Depending on the model, your motorhome may have sliding windows.
Opening the window
1. Press on the handle to unlock it.
2. Slide the window up to the desired opening.
Closing the window
1. Bring the window back to a closed position.
2. Make sure that the handle is pushed in.
The projecting windows must be closed
when the vehicle is in motion.
