- Doble-click on the icon of the file EBULLIOLOG to open the programme.
Set up :
- Click on the flag to choose your language.
- Click on the thermometer to obtain the right temperature scale.
Use :
- After calibration, enter the following values :
• Reference Temperature :
It is the boiling
temperature of the standard wine.
• Alcoholic reference :
It is the alcoholic
content of the standard wine.
- After measuring the boiling point of the sample,
enter the value
Sample temperature.
- Click on
Calculation of dosage
to obtain the
Alcohol
content of the sample.
• Process for standard wine preparation
- Prepare 10 liters of wine, stabilized and homogenized.
- Pour it in small flasks of 250 ml.
- Have one or two of these flasks checked at one/two laboratories with official
method (distil densimetry) to obtain the value of the alcoholic degree.
- Keep the flasks protected from light, between 5°C and 25°C.
