Note:
Please don’t remove the evaporating flask
and receiving flask while the instrument is
in operation.
If the vacuum pump is not used, keep the
vacuum tube interface open.
6. Faults
This chapter helps to summarize the operations after a minor problem has occurred with the instrument.
All possible problems are listed and also, their possible solutions.
6.1 General malfunction and its solutions
The equipment does not turn on:
-Check if the power line is disconnected
-Check that the cable and fuse are correctly connected to the equipment and to the electrical network

ERR 001

indicating driving motor error

Check the revolving shaft for any blockage and remove the foreign object if any.
•
ERR 002 - indicating abnormal speed.

Turn off the instrument and restart it.
•
ERR 003 - indicating excessively high temperature.
-
Turn off the heating bath and restart it when its temperature falls to the room temperature.
•
ERR 004 - refers to a sensor failure

Change the temperature sensor
If the above faults cannot be cleared, please contact your supplier.
7. Maintenance and cleaning
Operate and maintain the product properly to keep a good working condition and extend the service life of
the device. In routine service, keep the product dry and clean.
Remove the spilled liquid quickly on the external surfaces clean the outer surface with a mild cleaner, and do
not connect the power supply until all surface is completely dry.

If liquid or moist solid enters the product, please disconnect the power supply quickly and contact your
supplier for more advice.
•
If some liquid is spilled on the device surface, remove it quickly.
