24. Troubleshooting

24.4

Configuration Issues

24.4.1

I loaded a new configuration but the system has not read the changes

Check that the IP Address in the new configuration is correct?

If not, change it and then retry the transfer.

Try restarting the system with a

warm start

If this is unsuccessful perform a

cold start

24.4.2

My configuration file will not open

Sometimes this can occur if the ON-AIR Designer software was not shut down properly.

Using Windows explorer, go to the file folder where your configuration file (

.mdb

) is stored.

Delete any

.txt

files of the same name.

Then try

opening the file

again.

The file should now open.
