PROTECTIVE DEVICE INSTRUCTIONS
Special instructions concerning protective device
1) Protective device begins to work when water tank is full. Suction will be turned off, and an
indication sound will occur. If this happens, electricity should be cut off, and water should
be drained. After water is drained, the unit will return to normal operation.
2) Ensure that power is turned off and vacuum head is removed before tipping over unit
to empty.
3) While the protective device is engaged, do not turn the power on for any reason.
This may cause motor damage and fire. Ensure that water is removed from the unit before
resuming use.
MAINTENANCE
TANK CLEANING PROCESS
When tank is full, ensure that unit is turned off and unplugged before emptying and cleaning tank.
1) Unfasten the locking knob and lift up the top cover.
2) Take off the filter bag and clean the dust from the dust barrel.
3) Install the filter bag back and place the top cover.
FILTER BAG CLEANING
Run warm water through filter to remove remaining dust and debris.
Dry filter before placing back in unit.
1) Take off filter.
2) Wash.
3) Dry.
