I can not hear music
from the earbuds
Check the volume level
Check the earbuds connection plug is clean and not
damaged
Check if your music file is compatible (ie. MP3).
Unable to transfer
files.
Check if you have enough space on your MP3-L32 to store
your (new) files.
Check to make sure that the USB cable is connected
correctly to the PC and to the MP3-L32.
My computer doesn’t
not recognize my MP3
player
Check that the USB cable is properly connected to your
computer.
Try plugging the USB cable into a different USB Port,
preferably the one on the back of your computer instead of
a USB hub
